Completed in 2009, this 35-story luxury condominium is being built at the corner of Kalakaua Avenue and by
Architects Hawaii Limited, Allure Waikiki has a feel of old Hawaii with an urban lifestyle.
This 300 unit upscale condominium will have one, two, and three bedroom residences ranging from 833 to
1,633 square feet with exquisite features throughout. Allure Waikiki will include a recreation facility,
infinity-edge pool, fitness center which overlooks the pool area, and a 32,000 square foot park on the ground
floor featuring Hawaiian tropical plantings, ponds, and fountains. In addition to the construction of the
condominium, an additional traffic lane will be added on Kalakaua Avenue.
Notkin Hawaii Inc. provided the mechanical design which includes air conditioning systems, plumbing,
ventilation, fire sprinkler and standpipe systems.
