The project involved demolition of 104 exiting housing units and design of 96 new units ranging from 2-bedroom to 3-bedroom duplexes and four-plexes. Single and two story homes range from 990 square feet to 1,550 square feet. The work included ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing. Families of Hickam and Bellows Air Force Base benefited from this development. |
